We all know that talking about finance isn’t always the easiest. It can often be boring and misunderstood. At iwoca, our customers are our highest priority and it’s our job to ensure that we’re effectively communicating this with the utmost clarity.
During this project, our research showed that most of our users didn’t understand a lot of the financial jargon used. We wanted to make sure that across all areas of the business we endeavoured to use the same words verbally as we do on public facing channels when speaking to customers about finance and our products.
